Mikeham
Hi guys I am new to the site. Can anyone help me. I have a Suzuki maurader 1997 and have not long passed my test. I have made a stupid mistake and rode my bike while the fuel cut off was on. I have now had a loss of power and don't know what do now. Can any one advise? Tango
Is it running at all mate?.......you could have a stuck float in a carb......try tapping the carbs with the handle of a screwdriver (I'm assuming it's not injected?), to try to free the float. Mikeham
Thanks tango yes it's running but feels like only 1/2 the engine is working will try that thanks again
Tango
Sounds like you're only running on 1 cylinder......hopefully tapping the carbs will free up the float.....

Mr Fro
Will that cause damage if it is rode like that ?It's not a nice thing to do to your bike and it'll be a slag to ride. Personally, I wouldn't.
