At the time my logic was it will chop the feathers up and collect them in the bin bit save me raking the lawn.

In reality I just ended up with chopped up feathers over the entire lawn.

Which I then had to rake

This is why I'm generally not allowed out by myself

Warm congratulations. My two are now 43 and 40 and I remember the days they were born with clarity.

The 40 year old told me on Thursday evening I am to be a Grandad..

It won't be that easy to bond with the little 'un as my son live in Spain and works in Gibraltar. His lady is Romanian. Some lovely genetic mixing going on.
