Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for making me feel at ease with the ride out, I was bricking it a bit before we left (I was particularly worried about sending people the wrong way at a corner ) but I really enjoyed it and the advise received was greatly appreciated, thanks.

Beefy, you were awesome on the ride-out.. Really and truly a good rider, especially considering you were in a pack of much bigger bikes..!

On the way home yesterday I had a memory pop into my head and I almost had to pull over I was laughing so hard..

After the pub stop, where I joked about slapping a cyclists arse, we then passed two male cyclists an hour or so later into the ride..

I jokingly reached out and "grabbed" at the air as if I was going to pinch a butt cheek on my way past..

What I didn't expect was that one of the blokes would scream like a girl finding a spider in her hair! I do feel a bit bad that I must have scared him a bit but god it made me laugh..

And I didn't even make contact! I dread to think what would have happened if I had managed to get a sneaky pinch

Hope Reece got a laugh out of it too

I'm quite impressed I thought you were going to set off at 3am and ride home and I don't remember getting in my tent but I do know that's where I woke up

was the plan, had a kip for an hour and left at 4.30 ish
