I read you cant ride on a public road without the CBT but what about during lessons?

I wasn't told I had to do a CBT when I was out with my instructor.

Thanks

I think most schools include the CBT in the DAS training if you don't already have a current one......but maybe check with your instructor......

Yes, you need a CBT to take a lesson with an instructor on a public road. But like Tango says, the school will take you though the CBT as the first step of your training.
