LPG? Liquid Hydrogen? Jeez - I didn't know plastic bottle technology had come on so far! Certainly puts Lucozade bottles back in their place! Oh well, back to just using them to pee in, then. HomerPlata Posted April 3, 2018 Author Posted April 3, 2018 Seems I've inspired some fiery debate I've decided to go with the safe option, by strapping a string of re-purposed Capri-Sun cartons around my waist. Quote

RantMachine Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 To go back on topic briefly (heresy, I know ), try looking on some dirt bike forums - plenty of people there coming up with ways of carrying spare fuel bottles. Think my favourite I've seen was a pair of MSR bottles held in fire extinguisher brackets, attached to the top box plate. Quote
RantMachine Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 ...or there's these things which are probably the best way to go if you want to recreate Megawatt's range rover story https://www.motosport.com/acerbis-auxiliary-handlebar-fuel-tankNormally I'd trust anything I see the Acerbis name on but that thing looks a bit suspect to me...
