If you ask for a line manager you should get an English speaker not philipenglishDoes anybody understand this ^ Yeah he ticks the box on first sign on and it keeps him signed in! and their call centre is in the Philippines it wasn't that hard And that's exactly what it fails to do . You will find problem is quite simply Edge.Jumped to end of thread tbh so apologies if already mentioned but put a different browser on, not much choice for Windows phones but opera mini should be much better.
