At all times your tyres should be facing down. If they are facing the sky you have crashed. 

The top of the tyre often faces the sky, unless cornering where it will point at the hedgerow

😀. the tyre faces 360 degree, mostly on a flatish axis, they should be rolling towards the direction intended with the profile curvature of the tyre (motorbike unquie design) allowing 🤓.

They should be facing the way you are going, if they don’t then you will get lost 😁
