Had to take the wife to one of the Hospitals (there's loads of them there) for more arthritis tests.

Left at 6AM.....two hours drive.....eight hours in the hospital......two hours drive. My f@cking head is splitting!

So I took a few shots while I was there......I was very impressed by their trams so I shot a vid! Can you believe they're not abandoned?

And there is a shot of grass! They've even got grass there! Incredible!

You'll also see some pics of exercise equipment on the main plaza......and people swinging about on them! Don't ask.....I have no idea!

That was a short furlough wasn't it?

First 1 was 6 to 7 weeks, then 4 back at work.

then 5 to 6 weeks, been back at work 2 weeks,

holiday for a week then looks like another furlough for at least an extra week

Working nights makes it even worse! I don't know what day it is most of the time anyway!

Why do they keep doing these furloughs Ian?

Any customers who want crankshafts have to be supplied

but we don't have enough work to produce flat out!

We've slowed the process down considerably and he's made some redundancies!

There's an overtime ban in place.

As far as I know we're still viable but we're struggling like everyone else.

They've announced that the Hospital we were in on Monday has had two Covid outbreaks including members of staff!

We're always in isolation.......haven't you noticed?

Thing is there's no official word on where in the hospital it broke out but I would suspect A&E.

And we went straight through to Radiology, only dealt with two staff members, and never got close to anybody.

Plus, everybody had masks on, were scanned on the way in, and made to disinfect their hands.
