The problem here is that you've taken it to bits yourself. It's a bit late now but the best thing would have been to have rejected the bike and handed it back to the dealer for them to sort out the play. At this stage, and with insuffucient details to know anything further, the only advice I can think of it to give them the bike back and ask them to re-assemble it so the play is removed.

I would be concerned that "The swingarm was reinstalled and tightened by an impact gun"

That's not the way to tighten parts like this up!

It is if you want to eliminate any free play in badly designed or constructed bearings!

I'm afraid this is a classic example of "buyer beware". There's a  good reason Chinese built bikes generally have a crap reputation and so do the majority of the dealers who sell them apparently. Never having owned one I can't speak from personal experience. Hope you get it sorted.

I'm not too sure about that

I can just see the bearings rolling away after they have been bashed out

Ye but,,,, the issue is that the dealer keeps saying that an inner bush is not needed in that needle cage I pictured. I have emails to prove that..

Sometimes you don't have an inner bush it depends on the design

The spindle can act as a bush

Can you get hold of a microfiche?
