Bizarre isn't it.. but nothing shocks me anymore. who would have ever believed that BMW would produce a bike that has sports bike riders (under retirement age) drooling. That happened. I sometimes wonder if I kinda tripped into a different quantum reality. slipped between the interstices of an 11 dimensional tesseract while thinking about my collection of iPhone boxes.

Hahaha.

Add to those Harley's new adv bike. And Guzzi's.

And on the other hand who's coming out with a new line of tourers? Even new sports tourers are few and far between.

I blame Ewan and his sidekick.

oddly enough, if you manage to escape from your kafkaesque merry go round. its highly likely that you will have ample opportunity to point and laugh at one of those really quite gaudy Guzzi wotsits. there's a very high chance that one will be accompanying us to the dolomites. lets just hope the owner has good European rescue cover. as well as a thick skin.

isn't happenstance simply marvellous?

and that.

Ooo. Now I'm curious. A thick skin will be 100% necessary.

I actually saw one the other day. Hmm, where was it? Ah yes I wuz in London. There was a 1290 Duke parked up outside Peter Jones and a couple of blocks further up a VT85 went past. First one I've seen. Made for a good visit.

As for the kafkaesque merry-go-round, I'm now booked in to get a second AZ jab at the end of the month 🎉. When I spoke to the doc about it, though, he said, "I'll put on your notes that you need AZ, not Pfizer. But the important thing is that you know this." What he meant is that when I get there, I'm the one who has to stop the nurse giving me Pfizer and try to persuade her that I should be having AZ instead. We shall see.

I don't know which excites me more. you possibly, maybe (ish) having the AZ... or the little known but possibly crucial fact that there are 868 Aldi stores in Norway.

but, who's counting eh?
