Quite keen on this idea any source of info for people who won`t use facefook ?

I'm hoping to make my way there. Out nephew sadly passed away but the NE air ambulance got to their home address within 10 minutes couldn't ask for any more than they did.

Annoyed with myself for not making it to the run. Had a fitful night of trying to sleep, but brain would not shut down. Got up at 6am and had a early breakfast, then sat down to watch BBC news and do a crossword. Just before 9am I started yawning hell of a lot, so decided it would be dangerous to go out tired, so got back into bed. Woke up at noon

Likewise I had all the intention but sciatica has got the better of any bike riding today
