Davidtav Posted July 22, 2022 Posted July 22, 2022 How difficult is it to have a projector screen? So I have had a projector with a normal roller blind. Worked fine. Yeah. It used to be a shop. Very large window So now I’m nearby. I don’t have the huge window. I’ve tried ordering two projector screens from Amazon. Both of them are useless Quote
Ian Frog Posted July 23, 2022 Posted July 23, 2022 How about a bed sheet and a basic wooden frame ? Cheers Ian Quote

Here’s a pic to show you what I mean. Screen has marks where it was folded. This is the second projector screen I’ve received. Both different types but with a similar problem. Ok not the most expensive. But still £60 Thinking of removing the wallpaper and painting with matt emulsion instead Quote
Mississippi Bullfrog Posted July 24, 2022 Posted July 24, 2022 We have a electric drop down one. Not cheap but it works great. 1 Quote
Davidtav Posted July 26, 2022 Author Posted July 26, 2022 Well I’ve ordered another projector screen. Third time lucky hopefully. I have looked so carefully at the reviews. And they all seem to say screen quality is good. Hopefully ok … if this is rubbish as well then I’m definitely painting the wall! Quote
Davidtav Posted August 1, 2022 Author Posted August 1, 2022 Well new projector screen has arrived. The screen looks unblemished. Hung it up and Netflix looking good Image was taken in daylight … it was similar price to the one I’ve returned. 5 Quote
