Trying to sell my 2006 CBR1000rr. Mint condition. 26k miles.

I wanted £4500, with expectation to be knocked down to £4200.

Only now I have lowered it to £3350 are offers coming in.

If I wait till Spring will I get more?

Probably a better time of year as now It's getting to the point  of winter on the horizon but also Impending economic gloom,  which may be worse in spring.

Sometimes it just takes a while to find the buyer that wants your bike instead of chancer who wants it but only if its a bargain

I had to lower my vanvan to precovid prices before I got any offers. That was back in June. Started at 3100. Gradually reduced it over about 6 weeks. 2800, 2600, 2400. Nearly 300 views, and not a sniff of interest. Reduced it again to 2100. Sold instantly. Buyer didn't even come to see the bike, just sent a courier. There was nothing wrong with tge bike or the ad, just people are being cautious about prices.

You will get more in the spring. But second hand bike prices are crazy at the moment. So who knows what will happen in six months.

A lot of people will always want to pay less, no matter the price.

I had to wait about three weeks to sell my bike a couple of months ago. Loads of stupid offers.

It was brought by a bike shop who were very, very happy with it. They now have it up for more than I paid for it three years ago!

I wanted to go buying a new toy, but becuase two ladies decided that the rear of my car needed some dents, my insurance have decided I'm too high a risk.

One hit my car whilst parked up, the other when she pulled out of a junction into the back of me. So not at fault for either, but the insurance conmen decided not to agree! Fecking scam!

But they proved they were right.

After your first accident you were for insurance purposes more likely to be in another accident and what did you do,  you went and proved the thieving twats right..... 😂

It sucks

Yes I can clearly be held liable for women driving in the rear of my car!
