I've recently pasted my cbt and was wondering if you can ride a 125 ped on the a19 ?

As far as I know, you can cycle down it if you want.

yes.. there is no part of it that is restricted ... though i am curious which part you is planning on settin rubber to ?

Only roads you can’t access are motorways

You can ride up and down it all you want. But you might not want to do for long.

Riding a 125 on a busy dual carriageway isn't my idea of fun. You can't go fast enough to keep away from the trucks so you'll end up stuck behind one that's trucking along at 55, covering you in spray, while the faster ones slowly overtake you on the outside. I'd do it for sure for a mile or two, or longer for a one-off journey, but I'd not make it part of my daily commute.
