Mr Goodwill Posted January 5 Share Posted January 5 Gentlemen, I want to install LIGHTBAR with two 55W halogen bulbs. Here below, I attached simple diagram how I want to connect the lightbar. The question is, is it OK to supply 12V to the bulbs from “POSITION LIGHT 10A ? Or, is it better to supply 12V directly from a battery (as shown in “green”) with extra 20A fuse. Please have a look. JRH Posted January 5 Share Posted January 5 Is this as well as the main head lamps or instead of? if as well as, separate switch and fuse, also check the alternator is ok with the extra load. if instead of I would check size of existing wiring.
