Hi I recently dropped my kawasaki er6f and scraped the alternator cover and grab rail. I was wondering what would be the best paint to use for spraying it myself. Thanks for any help

Look for an automotive paint supplier. You want a trade supplier not retail. They can scan your bike then mix a perfect match in a rattle can.

Use 2k paint of you have access to a spray gun.

I believe you would find some suppliers who can produce the colour you want in a spray but I have no idea of quality

One I found

If it`s an engine cover and therefore liable to temperature fluctuations why not speak with someone who does Cerakote.

The colour options are surprisingly comprehensive and the finish is really nice.

Grabrails in the past I have had them powder coated with good results.

Cheers
