Morning folks,

Just saying hi! Moving to powered touring from cycle. Drive for my job and had to do special qualifications so roadcraft is realistically probably just ok for a car driver. CBT booked and theory. Hoping to get A2 license in time to tour to Tour de France start in July. We will see!

I'll be lurking and learning as I progress. Nearest instructor to me is 2 hours away by car so considering intensive course to save commute.

Where are you for the nearest school to be 2 hours?

I'm near Lochgilphead. Nearest school Balloch, so 2 hours considering the state of the Rest and Be Thankful!

Lovely place.

Probably where storms hit mainland first.

That's where I started my first west coast trip years ago. When you could still do most of the route without the damages on the road as it is now.

Passed my full license last week. Project bike in my van too heavy to unload on my own, and collecting Hinda ADV350 scooter soon. Happy days.
