Loop. I have tried many differnt brands over the years, including custom made, and these are my current default make. Around £40 for a pair.

I was using Alpine for a while but they required more effort to insert them and it eventually becomes a real ballache of a job.

The Loop insert without any form of lubrication and ard really easy to remove.

Just been "moulded" at Motorcycle Live. Should be here in 5 weeks hopefully. I didn't realise there were so many different companies offering this service. The show itself I thought was a bit disappointing this year, absolutely no bargains to be had. I trawled everywhere just to find the Oxford toolkit and nothing could be found.

Who did you use? I'm getting some new moulds done tomorrow while there

As for bargains I haven't seen any for the last 10 years!

The only deal I ever had was on a helmet about 13 years ago got 500 quids worth of stuff for 280 that's all I have ever got

I used Ultimate Ears based on the OP's recommendation. I must admit I was too scared to go to the other suppliers in case they were cheaper but Ultimate ears was the first stand I came across when I walked into the arena. I had no idea later on that there were at least four other companies there. As for bargains, the only ones I saw was the bikes on the moto GB stand. I have paid more for a pair of binoculars than some of the 125's they had on show.

I'm still undecided who to use this time! I currently have mercury ear plugs so I might go find all 4 and speak to them first

Two sets ordered today one for me and one for the wife

What swung it for you?

When we went to Mercury they had staff there that had to go and ask questions to the questions I was asking! Plus the reviews aren't that great to be fair even though I have had no issues with mine.

Another place I forget which one was doing the molds on someone and talking away to them and getting them to answer back! Big no no with moulds! You have to be very still as you know.

While talking about the earplugs we saw a guy having his done and they pulled the moulds and binned them as they wasn't perfect and re did them. They knew what the was talking about and the reviews are good.

Has anyone been given any indication how long it takes for their order to come through. Their website says 20 days during busy times?

I asked at the show and they said 5 to 6 weeks

Me neither and I hope you are right about the sound ears taking longer.
