I use Rain X plastic treatment on my visor, have done for some time now.  It does work but requires re-application every couple of days in my experience.  Water tends to bead on the visor, and with a bit of angling of the head and some moderate speed, the rain just runs off.  I'm happy with its performance anyway, and I ride in a lot of rain on this rock.

I use rain x too. Just make sure it's the plastic version. Normal rain x will melt your visor.

I find Nikwax visor proof to work, but an application will last a day at best.

VisioDry is absolutely brilliant, but way too delicate for day to day use. If you know you're going to encounter rain apply it just beforehand and you'll be amazed at how clear your visor stays, but it's no spray it on at home just in case product. It's also very expensive for what it is.

Bennetts Review - VisioDry

Me, whilst a bottle of the VisioDry lives in the cubby box of my fairing as a just in case, I won't be replacing it when it's used up. After cleaning my visor at home I use Nikwax Visor Proof as general preventative and that seems good enough compromise between cost, performance & ease of use.

Agree with plastic rain ex as it’s good but doesn’t last as long, needs really good buffing or it smears forever.
not as good as the glass version.
As an alternative you could use a NATURAL car wax….
