Take a look at the photo. proper drifting.I know he gets a bad press but then anyone who competes against Rossi seems to get a bad press. There is just something about Rossi when he rides that makes it all look effortless... Like he is never really trying, but easily succeeding... Stoner seems to be on the edge of his talent all the time.Their is no doubting Stoner is an awesome rider, but he will always be in Rossi's shadow. Quote

techno Posted February 18, 2009 Author Posted February 18, 2009 Mute point, even tho Rossi and stoner are riding at the same time they are stil a generation apart Rossi has proved he can ride and win on all configurations were as stoner is now I believe benefitting from the electronic era and using what ducati can give him to the best of his ability so fair play to the lad.So imo only stoner wont be as god as Rossi but can to some extent emulate some of his sucess.He can also brag that he did race and beat arguably the best.....but so can Hayden Even so they are all fantastic riders with unbelievable ability!
