    tl1000r no fuel flow

Yes you should be able to see fuel I'm guessing your not? Does the fuel pump stop after a few seconds? If not it sounds like no fuel is going through to to injector rail
  2. Not sure if you know him but our mate richie welsh rides in the formula 400 and go to see him a couple of times a year so will prob be at the same race meet at some point

It's the joys of owning a TL Once you sort all the little niggles it will run forever

    tl1000r no fuel flow

The code means there is no error now and all is working fine If there's no fuel in the tank the pump will just keep going as its the fuel pressure switch that tells it when to stop I think you have an intermittent fault and I will bet any money its a loose connection somewhere probably the big white/clear connector block that takes all the power to the ignition its on the right side of the frame behind the fairing

    tl1000r no fuel flow

to be honest im not sure exactly how they work but it should be located under the rider seat and it has some sort system in it that when it goes over a certain angle it cuts the fuel off it has two wires and im sure if you disconect it and short the two wires the the TOS is as if its working fine but dont quote me on that i would remove it and you will hear something inside it when you tip it side to side i would test the continuity with a multimeter and at the same time tip it side to side it should come one or go off depending on how it works hope that helps in anyway stu
  8. looking good edited pics cos they was HUGE!! and was taking ages to load from external source made them a bit smaller like half the size and now hosted on the forum should load better for slow internet users too

    Bike battery

a battery need to be kept in tip top condition all the time letting it run flat can cause it to drop a cell and will never hold a decent charge have you got an alarm? this will drain a bit while its stood also invest in an optimate charger and leave it plugged in all the time dont forget you have a V twin they are harder to turn over then a 125 single and a inline 4

i would find the live feed to the fuel pump and trace it back and start testing at each connection it could just be a dodgy connection ive done a quick google and seen horror stories of replacing the ecu also check your side stand switch and kill switch and tip over sensor as all these are related to the error too

c41 is Fuel pump relay signal circuit malfunction When no signal from fuel pump relay, c41 is indicated. areas to check are Fuel pump relay, connecting lead, power source to fuel pump relay. i would start checking the wiring a the fuel pump relay do you have a multimeter?
  12. Edit forget my last reply I was on wrong thread Think parking is around the park and any of the streets!

    tl1000r no fuel flow

I'm using my phone at the min so reply's will be short Everything must be plugged in for the fI to go off all sensors the lot Also if the bike is in gear the pump won't prime it could be a problem with your clutch or side stand switch too I would start with the bike back together and everything plugged in then bridge the diagnostic plug to see what code comes up on the dash The plug is under the pillion seat on the right its white with a rubber cover with two wires put a piece of wise between the two wires on the plug turn ignition on and it will bring up any codes then we can look them up

Also you should hear the fuel pump whine for a few seconds when you first turn the key its the same system as my TLS

    tl1000r no fuel flow

TLzone is the place to be but first have you got fI on the dash this will tell you if there is a fault wit the injection system If there is Suzuki have a built in diagnostic system and all you have to do is bridge two wires under the pillion seat and it will point you in the right direction If on fI then I recon its the fuel filter inside the fuel tank its a common problem Remove it and replace with a bit of fuel pipe and put an inline filter on outside the tank
  16. Will mention it to tracey to see if she can get the time off
