has he offered it at £75? if so and it has all the bits with it then take it i paid £100 quid for my version 1 a few years ago and that was really cheap seen them going for £85 upwards on ebay the version 2 is slightly better but the version 1 works really well

then it will get hot how quick before the fan cut in? you need to take it for a ride to see how it behaves

going to need a bit more info then that was you riding at speed? stuck in traffic etc etc what was the temp display saying was it going down when fan cut in ? whats it like normal riding does it get hot quickly and not cool down on the move

no balancing carbs wont make a blind bit of difference to how its fueling although it wont hurt to do them as it will run a tad smoother on tick over and low revs personally i would spend a bit on getting it set up on a dyno it would cost you up to £200 and thats all in the bike will be set up with the air filter and end can if you have one and will run 10 times better and have a really smooth power delivery all the way through the rev range and it takes the guess work out if you fit bigger jets you could just end up masking a problem ie the jets might not be big enough but make it run better but it still lean which could in the long run hole a piston and dead motor or you could just be throwing loads of fuel in if the jet is too big also the needles might need adjusting too all this is way too complicated just by guessing and riding

yes open your phones browser point it to the forum and post them in the normal way as if its your pc simple i would advise using WiFi if you can or plug it in to your pc mount as disk drive/mass storage browse the files till you find your pics save them to pc and then upload them the normal way
