  1. I can't be sure certainly.. but I have my intuition
  2. Where's this and how do I get a membership?
  3. It's @Simon Davey - I'm sure he's done some noobie things while on tour. Accidentally ofcourse.
  4. When I moved to the UK, I had only been once, and not to Brighton or London. When I got onto the plane, I didn't have a place to live yet - by the time I landed I had a house share I could move into. Poland is a nice country, just generally salaries are lower, and that can be a bit of a pain when going back to visit the UK for example.
  5. Also Monzo Max (£17 a month) has RAC breakdown for UK & Europe in it too, pretty good deal with some other insurances too.
  6. Yeah honestly, I would forget whether I had put it down or up so pointless
  7. The real question is, if you were to have the police chasing you - would you stop or not If you wouldn't, these plates are almost pointless, only if you want to rush through some speeding cameras, and then there's the risk you forgot to turn it inwards too hahaha Also - from the side you can always very clearly see the hinge
  8. Look at this guy touring - have fun! stupid rain
  9. I do use this as Life360, they're just not liking the idea hahaha
  10. The family is becoming concerned for me riding to Italy. How do you relieve the concerns lol - I rode 1000KM in December one day, I don't think it can get much worse than that. (In storming rain & wind) 1600 in nice weather doesn't sound too bad with good enough rest stops, and potential nap somewhere.
  11. It is here… I don’t drink other than an occasional weißbier which u have to buy in the shop anyway
  12. my local pub has £7 pints on Thursdays so don’t you worry!
  13. Debating whether to change my tyres or not. 3.6mm tread left on both front & back & will be going 2k miles next week. I've got T31 bridgestones, if anyone knows how long they last.
  14. The other day I was riding away from Asda and saw a group of em ride up on their surron's, after they saw me riding away, they started following lol, good thing it leads straight into the A27. They go up to speed very quick, seem like fun but every time I've seen someone riding it, I think I'm gonna get kicked off my bike.
  15. You’d think that but it’s not as rare as you’d think, I’m just confused. It’s a Shoei NXR 2 and sometimes it fits like a glove but 20% of the time it’s just off or something. maybe I need to try Arai or HJC next.
  16. And it is, but sometimes it’s not… and sometimes pushes my jaw a bit too much
  17. I’m unsure still, as my shoei is M and I rode for 15+ hours with it on the same day and didn’t hurt really. But sometimes there’s days where I get a bit of a headache…
  18. At least it wasn’t an too expensive helmet!
  19. You must’ve got a lot of brains in that XXL head
  20. Morning biatches
  21. I thought you didn't have your license yet? May have misunderstood from a previous post...
  22. Got last 2 weeks of September off and planning to go home (Netherlands), family told me they're going to Italy during the first week. Iron Butt challenge to Italy on 13th of September night and 18th of September to Netherlands? Thinking about it......
  23. Can;t see sh*t!! When there's cars passing by with the LEDs, it's like the sun shines in my eyes, blinded for a few seconds. Seems they always go past at bends too. I have astigmatism and glasses for it, but they don't help really, thought they were going to be the magic solve. Anyone knows how to reduce the blinding of the lights without impacting visibility too much?
  24. They only make them in one size I guess hahaha - doesn't matter how tall each bike is
  25. Goodafternoon - why do they build a bike for 15-20k and then make the side stand so incredibly tiny.. every time putting it on a slight incline feels like it's gonna fall over
