Having had my license for over 20 years now i never had to take a cbt but reading some of the storys here i would offer this word of advice see if your training company will train you before you go for the cbt i know 2 counties training here in nottingham offer what they call taster sessions in wich they give you Training on a 125 on things like handling slow control cornering etc they are £20 for an hour the people that i know that have used them said they really helped them get the cbt -

Got these boots just before christmas from cmc in nottingham they cost me £70 and to be honest there great. there are a few minor moans like the velcro fasteners on the top of the foot is a pain to do up and they do take an age to settle in but the good points are they are cheap(got mine in a deal but they were only £110 before i got them) they are waterproof mine have not leaked yet and also they have excelnt grip on them i use mine when walking in the snow plus a little bonus they came with there own cleaning kit
