Warmers are worth every penny mate.
-
Forget everything you have read about tyres on the internet. Just go on feel. Use the tyres untill they start slipping. Then go and get newones fitted at the track. Its all about feel, i set my pb round caddy (1:39.0) on a flipped supercorsa and the tread was worn smooth on one side. The rear will degrade faster then the front, so it will start slipping as you exit corners. But buy some warmers, £100ish on ebay for some racetechs. Worth every penny.

Nah he has done it once and ticked off the list yup thats the problem with it! he was on a flyer too he had just done a 1.40 lap and was quicker on this 2nd lap he was looking at a 1.39 at least! he took a big knock to the head! and was in the medical room for a few hours before they would release him Still one of the best corners on the track though.

The only problem with the gooseneck is when you have got to the point its going tits up its way to late to do anything and then it bites you hard. Hope he gets sorted asap.

You can get seats with belts fitted. You need a jumbo so extra high and extra long. Struggle to make something that gets a bike in and will sleep 4. Ive got a fixed bed in mine, 800mmwide and all my kit gose under it. Then the bike down the side. Then when the bikes out i can extend it to 1600mm wide and get a double mattress on.

Club 30. A few people have suggested that this is an easier way for people to get involved with #TeamAddy. 30 people donate £30 and in return you will get your name on the bike and van. It doesn't have to be a name, it could be anything (within reason) There will also be tickets to watch the racing. Payment can be sent via paypal at [email protected] Thankyou. 1. Allan north 2. A proper website that tracks your progress, pay per click advertising, affiliate marketing, merchandising... Lots of digital stuff you can do and with the press coverage you're getting you will get plenty of hits on your site... Hits make money How do i do that? Find someone who builds websites? I can build houses/put a roof on and ride a bike but when it comes to this sort of stuff im useless. Thats why im asking here, i know theres some smart guys here.

But other then cheap advertising what else is there?

Whats the best way to start it? Dear ??????? Im contacting regarding sponsorship dosn't sound good.
-
il start of first by saying im not propositioning you for sponsorship.( if you want to thats awsome) Im trying to put to put together something to send to local businesses to try and gain some funding for racing. But i suck at anything like this. Basically i need some ideas/help of how to construct it so it dosn't look like 'give me money'. Can you all throw ideas at me, layouts, what you would want from it etc. Thankyou

You only need to remove the bellypan and undo the drain plug. Takes 2min and you get all the shit out

Thundersport GB round 2 Donington park 24/25/26th march. Donington park is a track id like to avoid, this was going to be the worst round for me mentally Testing. Testing was in the afternoon, 3 sessions Id set up with Kenyon Racing #75 and got some support from one of his sponsors. Simon from SitraMoto took the suspension back to square one. Went out for the first session, the bike felt ok but coming down the fast right corners on the power the front was pushing away so the bike wouldn't steer. Back in to Simon a conversation and few hand gestures to signal what was happening. Running 1:59 laps and that's not good enough. Changes was made and back out for session 2 The bike felt better and would go where i wanted now, starting to get later on the brakes and learning the track i dropped 2 seconds so improving. Session 3 Felt good untill i come into the hairpin really late on the brakes after that they didn't seem to have the stopping power they did before. After the session I changed the brake fluid incase it boiled. Qualifying I didn't have a good time qualifying, i just couldn't get into a rhythm as fast as the rest of the grid did, still suffering with brake fade i changed the pads as they looked glazed. I qualified 42nd out of 55 with a 1:52.3 Race 1 Racing in the 600 cup i lined up 15th on the grid Managed to hold the pack off from behind and finished 5th in class with 1:49.6 Race 2 Race 2 was pretty much identical except for been the last race of the day i struggled with the low sun and brake fade Finished with 1:49.2 and another 5th in class. Slowly moving in the right direction. Sunday Woke up on sunday to abit of a nightmare. Between me and kenyon racing we had 2 generators. Theres packed up on saturday morning, mine got progressively harder to start over the weekend. Sunday morning it wouldn't start at all. Took us over an hour to get it in bits and try everything we could think off to get it started. Because of this i missed the warm up session. Eventually we got it going and kept it running all day Race 1 Not felling to good i stuck my leathers on to head out for the first 22.5mile race. Every time id come to a right hand corner the tyre would slip and spin. I thought it was me been tired and rough on the throttle. Not feeling competitive i eased of and let the bikes behind pass, looked behind and nobody there so i just aimed to finish. Come through the checkered flag and back to my van and my right boot was black with oil, as was my swingarm and tyre. Not feeling 100% and my next race been the last one of the day i decided to pull out of the race. That leaves me 14th in the championship, not where i want to be. A few thankyou's. Simon at SITRAmoto for Doningtons suspension set-up Black&White Bikes for my consumables. Pickard Garage Servicesfor the fuel And csknowles photography Thankyou -

So, donny is next week so i needed to find some time to prep the bike. First i needed a new tool box after mine blew over at brands and broke. Walked into halfords and told them i race bikes and they sorted me a trade card. Got this for £60 http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj44/vtrdonk/Mobile%20Uploads/20170314_195651_zps84gncmxr.jpg Give the bike a quick service, new pads/oil/filter and a new bigger sprocket for donington (14/47) Thanks to Black&White bikes for supplying the products. http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj44/vtrdonk/Mobile%20Uploads/20170318_193220_zps3z2npbtf.jpg And i modded my throttle to make it quicker so i can go from non to wide open in half a twist of the wrist. http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj44/vtrdonk/Mobile%20Uploads/20170316_172701_zpsodjzs3xm.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj44/vtrdonk/Mobile%20Uploads/20170316_172701_zpsodjzs3xm.jpg Ive got my race pack and the vans got a fresh mot so im ready for donny. -
