Anyone doing Scarborough this weekend? The kids and I will be there Saturday if anyone fancies a brew. Just got to the caravan now.

Few years back. Well mid to late 90s . Mates were driving down on vans and loading up with cheap Vespas. Bringing them back and either selling as seen or sprucing up and applying for the paperwork and making an absolute killing. This was during the last sort of scooter boom. Total wrecks of old Spanish post office vespas (yellow things) were being bought for £200 and sold up here for well over a grand. Still a shop in Halifax which specialises in scooter imports from mainly Spain. (Owned by me mates brother in law) Arse end fell out a little due to paggios 're introduction of certain models. You no longer needed to buy an LML or import.

A lot of money to be made renting Camper vans out on the side Joe. Cost us 500 last year for Silverstone and it was a 10 year old van. Our friends hired a new one for 800!!
