Are track days any good if you don't have a race bike?

I feel like this quite a lot, I have a cruiser type bike and once my peg touched the floor and I had to pull over because I was shaking so much which is ridiculous 'cause people put their knees down lol. Did you have a days training with your instructor? Did it help?

My bike's not exactly new and I don't ride her everyday so the battery often goes flat - where's best place to get one of those chargers from and how much am I looking at do you reckon?

This sounds like a right laugh and would love to go but i'm already going on holiday on these dates! Gutted How often do these sort of things get arranged?

I've had the Eddie Stobart album on in my car lately haha, love all the songs! Great to belt out on long journeys! Can't beat a bit of Muse, System of a Down or Linkin Park though
