    The 'Wales Challenge' may well see me off. Planning so far is to get as far as LlanfairPG on the Friday, St David's on the Saturday and home on the Sunday.

    Also, it took them 35 minutes to serve an overcooked poached egg! Bottom line for me is that if I can't get a room next time, I probably won't attend (knackered back does not appreciate camping). Some good suggestions on here to look into (please NOT MFN - It's shite!). No-one fancy Cambridgeshire????

    Got one on the front now and it grips like a bu@@er in both dry and wet conditions. This tyre was recommended by the Suzuki shop and (since I bought it from Round & Black in their sale) it was slightly cheaper than the RP3. Shop balanced and fitted it for free! (well my bike was in for a major service and MoT at the time).

    Must have one HUGE bike rack to transport that t'rally!!! And... If no mains power available, how long would a 12vdc to 220vac invertor last when powered from a bike battery? Looking at a one-peice oversuit at around £40.

    Some of the places are difficult to park in a good position for the photo's. So far, without being 'caught', I've parked on double yellow's; public pavements; cycle crossing; and 'Authorised vehicles Only'. Also, I had to stand in the road to get the Iron bridge piccy - Car driver who had to stop (or run me over) though it 'barking'! Still, all-in-all, the ride back from t'rally was epic!
