  1. The other guys have explained it pretty well, but I always say to those who have no idea what it is - it is the modern day lego . Except its probably more fun, less messy and can be educational (just make sure they dont think theyre gonna get bits of wood from punching trees ). There are endless things you can do on the game, the 'lego' aspect is only really scratching the surface. Also my first game here;
  2. Well I knew to avoid the cheap stuff for cars
  3. Aye 10w40 in mine, was just double checking as it isnt going at anything like a race bike .
  4. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B002BJVPJS/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1480076905&sr=8-1&pi=SY200_QL40&keywords=castrol%2B10w40%2Bracing&dpPl=1&dpID=51Rgi9PmJZL&ref=plSrch&th=1&psc=1 I picked this up today from Halfords (dont judge me ) it was only a quid more than the halford brand stuff. Is it ok for my bike? Im guessing its a litte overkill but its not gonna cause damage is it? I assume it is fully synthetic being 'racing'.
  5. At the time I weight 75kg and had nothing else to do but go in a gym and play football, I now weight about 85kg and spend my talks talking about making it back in the gym - eventually
  6. It's a bar at head height that is attached via a cable over a pulley to a weight stack, which you lift by pulling the bar down to your waist. Basic physics dictates that you can't pull down more than your own bodyweight: add even one kilo more than you weigh to the weight stack and it won't budge: you can lift your feet up and swing off the damn thing and nothing will happen. Even without knowing what the machine is you'd have figured that out in a nanosecond when you saw it, but this guy was practically giving himself a brain haemorrhage with the effort, and still the penny hadn't dropped! The sitting pull-down is different, because you can jam your thighs under a roller to pin yourself to the seat and then potentially pull more than your body weight. Ow, I didn't read it properly and thought it was the seated one you meant. I was a little confused as to why you thought it was such a terrible thing

  8. Has anyone watched the Snowden documentary - Citizenfour? They UK are the worst country in the world for being "intrusive", however we seem quite safe from terror attacks as we stand compared to the rest of the world. I have nothing to hide and if someone wants to have a nosey at me then go for it. However it shocked me a little from the documentary - just the amount of things that can actually be remotely accessed. Things that don't even need to be connected to the internet.
  9. I used to be able to pull my own weight on one of them, he just needs to work his way up there
  10. Are they really even allowed to try this? There really should be an outside body who deals with complaints like this, it all sounds bloody awful mate! I hope you get sorted soon and they get what they deserve!
  11. I'm surprised Tom! I didn't have you down as the goat type My ginger kitten is a female - apparently this is rare?

  14. The other option is more expensive, but lets you ride a bigger bike right away. You can do your A2, which lets you ride restricted bikes - they're still much quicker than a 125. However that course would cost as much as a DAS, which you would be repeating again in 2 years time when you are 24.
  15. Money for my DAS Trainers off Mrs B, she wont give me money
  16. When do the challenges start and end? I'll have a better go at next years

  20. I don't know a lot about riders off the track - is Rossi always a massive twat? http://www.marca.com/en/more-sports/2016/11/13/5828a116e2704e755d8b464d.html
  21. Yeah but we can be Scotland 3-0, that's gotta mean something, right?
  22. I also got one of these, my hanger came broken without the actually hanger piece in the top which is annoying. Apart from that the jacket is spot on! I don't get the back protector problem, I got a Medium and it's a snug fit with just enough room for a jumper. The collar can get a bit stuck under my lid if it's in a certain way, that's the only slight issue I've had. I agree though, this is a very good jacket, really warm and has kept me dry in some heavy showers.
  23. Im normally very sceptical too I dont beleive much , I assumed someone had done the dirty work of sifting wikileaks for the juicy bits. Not conjured stuff.
  24. I had only read the summary for that one which has obviously been heavily twisted.
  25. https://www.conservativeoutfitters.com/blogs/news/hillary-clintons-top-100-most-damaging-wikileaks-full-list Number 22 on here, I was slightly wrong sorry - she was happy that it actually happened as it would boost her campaign. Also have a peek at 36 and she's also racist.
