  3. A fabricator could make it for you and source the steel, it might not be so expensive? OR here https://www.themetalstore.co.uk/products/mild-steel-sheet Standard sizes are bigger than what you need but it's only £18 for 2000x500 which is more than enough for what you need
  4. Its about 40mm long with the plug in, no bigger than the drain valves . The exhaust sits lower . Edit: Can see in the picture where my case finishes compared with the exhuast: http://i.imgur.com/w5C9Qj2.jpg

  6. *Disclaimer* My fitting is not hilarious, but it can be terrifying.
  7. Heres my fitting made all ready to go in, probably Friday as its the only day I'm going to be home with some daylight left. http://i.imgur.com/vwOcVtm.jpg
  8. I did mine with the help of a friend, its easy enough to do but the front sprocket can get stuck on (on mine anyway). If you use a clip type split link all you need is a grinder to remove the old chain. I think the clip type are perfectly fine, but they are the cheaper option. I used to work for a place making chain and Id never heard of a clip failing.
  9. You need one to push pints out? If it's over riveted it may be quite difficult, you may need to grind the heads off the problem pins before you push it out. I can't recommend any as the only ones I've used was at my last job and we made our own from left-over parts.
