Stayed at the Rugby Club at Quarterbridge, which was a great location. Scene of many sore heads.

Bushy's was excellent. Was only at the sprint on the Sunday, and have pics of what looked like a serious Busa rocketship Have some great videos of the action, and watched from some great locations. The best one was watching the senior TT yesterday from the bank on Cronk-Y-Voddy. The difference in speed between the top riders and the others is just so damned evident. If you were there, I was on the wee Hornet usually behind a Desmo, R1, KTM Duke. And at other times along with a black Fireblade that lost it on Thursday at the Gooseneck, ZX6, 900 hornet and GT750. Great time, awesome in fact. Only got back at 3.30am this morning having rode up in the wind and rain. Well recommended though.

I have a locker closet in my integral garage for all bike clothing, helmets, panniers etc. And a wee chair to sit on while I get ready. I also have a nice shelf unit for all the cleaner, chain lube and so on. I have a drawer unit for cloths and some tools. Recently painted the garage and now have posters of Rossi, Stoner, Ducatis, Hondas, and a couple of Iron Maiden and Metallica ones as well. All I need now is a second bike to put in there.

I will be there tomorrow until the following Saturday. Bike all packed and raring to go.

No idea mate. I recently got a dark tint type L for my Viper GT, and it has the eyebrow vents. Got it from Race Visors, and got free TT visor bag too. I also got a clear pinlock for it. Maybe the other type is not a genuine Arai one.

Anyone heading out and about this afternoon at all ? Still swithering whether to risk it in this unsettled weather system of ours.

Bought a new dark tint visor and clear pinlock insert for it too. Should be at the house when I get home. I take it the pinlock is easy to remove ? The guy who fitted the one in store managed to trap a few dusty particles in there and I want to clean it, but keep forgetting until I am out on the road.

I nod to everyone, although if there is a line of bikes going in the other direction I just hold my hand up or wave (even on the motorway). Will nod to peds, but only if they nod first Couple of weeks ago a guy came up behind me at the lights. I held my hand up to wave and he raised his eyebrows. I was calling him an ignorant prick (to myself).

Like I said before mate, I bought Red Route but found the regular to be too short for my liking. I am only 5'10", and so went for the long. I really like wearing them for shorter journeys.

Who cares about nationality anyway ? It a crock of shit. In the same way I couldn't care less if there were no home grown players in my club football team as long as they are winning. Nationality IS NOT the most important thing in the world. What you want to see is a real RACE, and not someone way out in front and coasting. IMO of course.

Something was definitely not right with Stoner though. I don't get the dislike of Stoner either, I love watching him. In fact I love watching all of them and have no favourites at all. SBK had better races today though.

Tried my tank bag and soft paniers today. Mine also has that loop which attaches round the handlebars. More worried about the throw over paniers though.
