  1. Lidl and Aldi stuff is great value,. Try asking on sites like freecycle and streetbank, if there is anyone out there getting rid of stuff you just have to collect it, good luck and stay safe in winter roads

You will be surprised what you can get off good local people who really just like helping others

Most the stuff people have will be just hanging up forgoten about until they see a "wanted" post

Ive given AND Received Lots of good stuff on Freecycle.

Ive never given or received anything Anyone would call crap.

A lot of it has been almost new too, last thing I got was a nearly new Gas Space heater for the garage (with 1/4 bottle gas too) that is good enough for any house

Last thing I gave away was a 1 year old working 4 channel CCTV DvR

    Makes you feel good too

    Costs nothing to ask

Not heard of Streetbank but will look into that now

  2. Terminator wasnt a Movie it was a Warning!

My House has been voice controlled by a Headless Server For about 10 years already, One Day im going to ask it to close my Curtains and its going to ask me "Why should I do That?"

I swear my Roomba has an attitude already

Its Probably happened countless times in the Universe

  3. As said Take it back before you do anything else

Sounds like a Starter motor magnet has worked loose "Or/And" starter clutch eating itself ...or could be battery

    Hard to tell from footage

What ever happened to simple kick starts on small bikes? Why make them more complicated than they need to be?

  4. Don't forget that video evidence woks both ways.

It's why I keep a very small SD card in my camera now. It records on a loop, overwriting the older footage. For an accident you just need the few seconds leading up to the crash, not the 30mins of lunatic mayhem you survived before the impact!

That's Actually Not A Bad Idea!

I may Up the Resolution on mine

  5. Your experience and posting it in a forum WILL I have no doubt stop some new bikers from making the same mistake

To anyone reading this who may not put 2 & 2 together ......you will (No matter how careful you think you are) wash away your grease from bearings (wheels/swing arm/steering head...blah blah) causing problems

It Can And Will take your decals off if to close too

  6. Bike Licence = Theory + Lesson (CBT) + Lesson (or riding a 125 for a bit) + Lesson + Mod1 + Mod2

    Car Licence = Theory + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Lesson + Test

No point in arguing as I dont have to do it However I do see your point above

    except my Car licence was

Car Licence = Lesson + Test

because I had been riding for years the car test was easy

  7. Cheers folks gonna reattach and fill/ bleed at the weekend. Good call on looking at the fronts, now why didn't I think of that, oh yeah I'm a djam fool. First time doing this but have really enjoyed it so far.

Good Tip is after you bleed the air out is to tie back the brake lever to the bar (bungee/ziptie/what ever works) over night to let all the unseen air out

    Works a treat
