A couple of things: Have you fitted it the right way round? I fitted mine back to front at first, so the plastic beading bit (the raised side round the edge) was against the visor causing space. I flipped it over and the problem was solved. Also, if you have been riding with the visor up, or been keeping the helmet in a damp place; moisture may have gotten in between the insert and visor. If so, take it out and rinse with warm water and dry with kitchen towel. Leave it for 20 mins so the excess dries and then put it back in. If neither work, then I'm out of ideas!!!
