Did you try and bend it back cold? I did this with my GSX and snapped it clean off They are cast aluminium and if you want to straighten them you need to gently heat them up to stop them cracking or snapping. Obviously if they are severly bent up then its probably not worth the effort A lever for my GSX was £15 new comapred to £60 for the GSXR

Cobbz Dan If you aint got the tools or the noddle to fabreecate one (no offense intended) Take the good one to a local sheet metal working shop and ask them to make another Shouldn't be too expensive and relatively easy for them as they will likley have a scrap bin with something that will fit the bill. P.S. If ya can make one they might let you have a piece from the scrap bin
