  2. No discipline and total lack of respect, when i was a younger kid , even though i got caught a few times for misbehaving, we always had respect for our elders, and we used to count ourselves lucky, if we didn't get a clip round the ear or frog marched home
  3. Outlet villages are pretty good places to practice, go during quiet times, as the car parks are usually emptier the further away from the stores, and most are marked with give way's on parts of the road system, some also have roundabouts
  4. But the "Law" can Rob £100 off me by an entirely automated process if I drive by an " Enforcement" camera at 36 mph . So where does that easy money go ? Not on more coppers that's for sure . The back pockets of the local councillors

  8. The law is just a joke, there's no punishment, this stupid mentality really does get me wound up
  9. Get a big one, when i did my CBT, after 10 mins on the bike, the instructor said to me " you've ridden before", i said yes, but over 20 years ago, he said " you can tell, it doesn't take long to for it to come back"
  10. Who's taking the "P", if i had somewhere to keep one, i would have got a trike version, save all this messing with L plates and CBT
  11. There's nowt wrong with a Goldwing, just needs some extra mod's, t.v mount, and an open fire, just perfect sitting on it, chilling out with your pipe and tartan slippers

    Road kill

This is what really sucks with roadkill, you can't legally take it home for yourself as you could be prosecuted for poaching, but anyone else not involved can take it away, stupid law imho, i could make a killing selling roadkill on the market

  20. You don't need to join a club, you can do it by getting your own licence from the canals and rivers trust, then get your own insurance, when i got my dinghy for fishing, the insurance was about £30 for the year, but i got a 30 day explorer licence, as i used an electric outboard, if i just used oars the a full years licence was around £35, and that was rivers and canals,
  21. What about Kayaking, you will need insurance and a licence to use on the rivers and canals, but it is cheap, and if you join the British canoe union, some of it is included in the membership, it is the waterways licence is included https://www.britishcanoeing.org.uk/about
  22. Almost. Bearing in mind these are Harley parts so I could hardly lift the box ! are you sure about that, looks like something Q would knock up for Bond, ground to air missile launcher
  23. Try them again, motorcycle emissions only go to 5 and that will not be enforced until 2020, the current standard is Euro 4, scroll down to motorcycles on this link, https://www.rac.co.uk/drive/advice/emissions/euro-emissions-standards/
  24. Brand new helmet,,and I wear an oxford cotton balaclava, I’m wondering if it’s because the drizzle got my glasses damp and that caused the whole thing. I’m hoping for same weather in morning and I will set off with visor shut down Yeah, that'll do it, any moisture inside, will condense on any cold surface that is exposed,
