Good morning I don't know if I feel better or not today, I went to bed wearing my regular attire and I am drenched. I know I have lost my appetite, I bought 2 chicken chow mein ready meals last night which is usual as one is not enough, and I barely ate half. Still aching although the headaches have gone. Going to try and force a coffee down this morning. Working tomorrow so it is going to be a short weekend for me.

Good morning Still feeling rough but not as bad, did a test at work yesterday and it came back negative So it is either a cold or mild flu, in the past though I have managed to shake these off overnight so not sure why it has got so bad this time. Good news I didn't need the heating on overnight, I still put my thermals on and a hat when I went to bed. Drinking a cup of tea as I can't stomach coffee and it's too harsh on my throat, I might make up a small flask and take it to work with me today. Still got the aches but I don't feel as weak. At least the weather is mild as I will be outside most of the day fitting twin wall for a stove. Cheers everyone
