I just got a fixing under neath for 1 hole and the bolt goes behind it to keep in place, at the weekend I'll put it through Reg plate and then through back, What is courrageted plastic? as probably get them for the back of the bike,

Most people have a problem with the front L plate, but mine is fine and is held with cable ties. My back however has gone through 3 stiff plates, all snapped from just being retarded. It is currently held by one screw under the Lisence plate, Should I Move it to connect with the lisence plate with 2 holes for more sturdyness? I kinda need to do it tonight for tommorows commute other wise i gotta get the bloody bus > . <.. Are flopy sticky L plates better? but where can I put em o.o

Cheers guys, yeah fount it was just a rattling exhaust, something inside is rattling, but I had no oil left, so changed that. At weekend ona do some work and clean it out get it nice and healthy again Thanks for the replies!

Hi, just thought id post here before i pop in to garage on the weekend, my bike can do 66mph, and on a easy straigh line (know as quarter mile strip near me), goes quick through gears (well quick for a cg i guess, or compared to now anyway) last 5/6 days i've fount out that my gears are useless after 3rd as it just sits at 55mph, I thought it was just my imagination but trying to go faster didnt do anything. Goes fine to 30mph, anything after just takes ages, i went to highest gear and nothing just straight at 55.. Is it my engine or clutch or something? as sometimes my gears get stuck going through net's from 1 to 2, maybe just me as i'm newbie but did read about it in other threads that were previous made. Grats on your CBT, i done far worse but managed to pass haha. Along with getting a 125, it's what I'm doing. Riding around at weeknds or to and from work to get use to it, on to ride it for around 3 months then book some lessons for my DAS. Although you do it on a 600cc, it's much easier to control and go slow that a poopy 125, plus it wont be like a 600cc supersports, just a bigger version of a cbt 125. I gotta wait till october to do my tests as I'll be 21 then, But i'll try and do my DAS before the end of the year otherwise i'm screwed haha. I'd say is get a 125, then pratice till nice summer and do your das around there? Good luck whatever you do

Hi, I've finally road worthy for around 4 days, Last two days it doesnt start up, so yesterday I had to (with a friend) run up and down the street to jump start it, which worked then went around cruising. Today it happened again, what happens is that it starts, can rev a bit but if you let go it doesnt tick over and dies, then wont start again. but lights n that come on so not battery Yesterday though I forgot to put choke on the right one. But today I forgot to put the fuel to ON, Questions are: Do I left the Fuel Petcock to 'ON' if using everyday, Do I click the choke to up to turn bike on, then off to ride? What is the problem with my bike lol, just dead : (, Shall I left the fuel to on for a bit to let it soak in? but leave the choke off? then put choke on to try and start her up? Hahaa i hope someone replies, otherwise i'll cry as its the bloody weekend!

I'm going through preping for my full bike test so I dont need these L plates anymore. I know what the procedure and different routes, its just the costs? Like on gov website mod 1 is 18 pound or something then next is 80 or something like that, But when I go to my local bike place where I'll get it done, says moduel one is 89 quid for module 1 test, then 2 is 170? Do these combine to make the final payments or something? I hope my question is understandable to you guys if not just reply and I'll put more informative accurate text

Typical, just as I get into biking, the good times have past :'( I'm young, so still saving up for my dream car.. time I do get it in like 7/10 years as it's expensive, The eu will only have eletric cars or something by then making the car useless

I'm on to pass my test and wait 2 years I think, best to quickly get it in, as doing 3 tests seems rather expensive, as you probably gotta do some learning lessons too

Just getting some replacements for my bike before setting it on the road, And I got quoted 90 pound for new tyres for a cg 125 2006 model, but on websites they are like 30 quid, could someone help direct a good place or good website for good deals where i wont get ripped off? Also I'm trying to find um disc brake or drum brakes for my rear tyre before putting tyre on again, but cannot find a website, demontweeks dont do 125's. My uncle said look in halfords at around 9 quid? Cheers for the help guys... Hope someone has the godly answers I seek ^^
