  7. you can try these guys http://partfinderuk.co.uk/ they do all the searching for you and any breakers who have the parts then ring you with prices saving you all the hard work,the fronts are hard to find as its normally the front end that has been impacted

  9. as you have removed the wire then it should not be a problem as already been said as bike has been over on its side i would check battery level and if it is very low i would also be chukcing lots of water all round the area it has leaked onto to dilute it as much as possible it may cost you a new battery
  10. if its vacuum fuel tap it might not have an off position just on reserve and prime if so could always try it on prime and see what happens as that could rule out or confirm vacuum issue
  11. timing out mixture out wrong heat range spark plug,did you bleed the 2 stroke pump when you refitted the engine and have it running a on premix in the petrol to ensure it was getting the 2 stroke oil it needed?
  12. if the cable adjustment doesnt do it as joe say clutch cover off and check you have put it all back together correctly with the plates in the right order
  13. you want the points to start to open at 2mm before top dead centre
  14. where the back plate the points are mounted onto is that held in place by 3 screws that go into the main casing?
  15. you should be able to see a t and f mark on the rotor the points should open at the f mark then just after it be set to correct gap and the t mark will be for piston 1 (left) being at tdc

  17. just need lights now really you think a 6w solar panel would run them lights you listed joe as ive got a solar panel for battery on the bike so when im not charging that i can plug lights in instead
