  1. It comes with a clip, but others have mounted it with velcro or on a suction cup added to a fairing or other on the bike. I had mine clipped onto the nose part on the inside of the helmet; worked really well. BB
  2. Without taking away the obvious quality fo the HD contour, we had this discussion a few months back and we came across a camera on Ebay for £7.00 below is the quality. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w80sF8XZ ... r_embedded Not bad for £7 BB

Coincidence I have been contemplating buying the mirrors and the handles for mine for quite a few months but didn't trust the build quality; i finally got an email off a guy from Ebay who said the mirrors were worse than tat; he just binned em. However one of the lads from another forum (Aprilia) said he got the ones you have and they work really well. Let us know what you think BB

Only downside to ACF50 is everything sticks to it, so you go for a few hours and come home and it looks manky.. BB

I bought two can's from Ebay last year and i have used about 1/2 of one can and layered the whole bike before winter. Keep it on and then wipe it off when its very dirty. BB
  17. Agree with this statement as well as the amount of miles you are looking at covering; assuming its a two week trip? There is a plan to ride to Italy on TMBF; maybe join up with that one? BB
  18. 38 & TPF&T - FC they wanted an extra grand, can kiss my a55e.. If i drop it it will be cheaper to get it fixed myself, once i build my NCB then i may go to FC; but i hate being ripped off by them. BB
  19. Dont forget to spray deicer on your wiper blades and the hinges. Give them a bang once sprayed onto the glass to remove any built up ice and your good to go with all the other advice. Drive safe and remember an extra few mph will save you seconds not minutes BB
