  2. Not long now peeps. I hope the weather holds out for you lot further up North, and the ones doing the whole run. So whos coming back up the A1 on the sunday night. ?????? apart from GOG, Ash, holiday and me.
  3. Sounds like you all had a good time. See you all next Sunday at Northampton.
  4. Glad you enjoyed it mate. Next time, hopefully dry roads.
  5. Eventually braved it after the morning rain. Got to the services about 11.15 and met up with Red (aka Matt) had a good ride around the countryside, mainly out towards Rutland water and around the small villages. Good to meet ya Matt, keep your eyes open for further ride outs. I`m out most weekends, weather permitting so leave a message if you want to meet up again.
  6. You out tonight GOG,
  7. Right folks, I`m going to deffo be there on Sunday at 10.30. Saturday looks like going to be showers so I may just pootle about and end up at Taz around 10.30ish for a cup of tea and a burger. So whoever is coming, SEE YOU SUNDAY
  8. Must admit, if they have been damp in the morning when I need them, I`ve bunged them in the tumble drier for 20 mins. Does not seem to have done them any harm, but I would imagine it would if you did it all the time.
  9. Post up details of a meet place and time and I`ll consider it. Reason I`m not sure is that I have to ring Nina (a friend of mine) that is helping me paint the scenery at the theatre club. She can only paint weekends so I may have to give up my Saturday ride, at least in the morning. If I`m not sure by tomorrow night I`ll text you.
  10. GOG, I`m up for a ride out any day of the weekend. I`m always out on the bike Saturday and Sunday if weather is good.
  11. Not looking too great for either day judging by BBC forecast. We`ll keep our fingers crossed.
  12. As long as you want to be out pal. You can break off when you want to, no problem.

  16. Still can do another ride out Sunday Jive. I`m normally out on the baby both days over the weekend. That goes for anyone else who can`t make Saturday.
  17. You going up on the bike then Roy, thought you was going up in the car. Think I`ll just go local though mate, thanks anyway. True Dave, The bike safe course did help with un-familiar roads but caution is still a good thing to have. Try and get out for a couple of hours at least. COME ON YOU OTHER LOT. 10.30 at the services
  18. Boadicea eh... Queen of East Anglia,
  19. Of course, I remeber reading you were going. Do you know what Petes up to, like I say, he does not seem to get on here much these days. Be good to have a reasonable sized ride out.
  20. The black one is good mate. Looks well menacing. Did it come with the dark visor or is that just an advertising pickie.
  21. Red, I`m cautious on un-known roads. Some corners can be right beggers and tighten up on themselves.
  22. Anyone wanting to meet up for a ride out on Saturday, be at the X services on the A1 at peterborough at 10.30am. We can decide where to go when we meet or if anyone has any ideas please feel free to put forward. So far me and Red, so come on folks. Ash, holiday, gubba, GOG, sk93, jive to name a few.
  23. Roy, did you and Pete get out last Friday. You up for a ride out next weekend somewhere. I`m speaking to Red at the moment about meeting up at the X services at Peterborough around 10.30ish next Saturday and then decide where to go. Where`s pete? Not seen him on the forum in ages.
