1. Then how are you going to get the other three out ? Good point, I didn't split the caliper 1st & pumped em all out with a piece of thin wood between them, then split it & after the 1st one put a dent in my Dads shed roof pulled the others out with grips & a piece of old rubber ( if I'd been on the forum back then I'd have used an old inner tube )
2. If you end up using compressed air ( I used a foot pump ) be careful as the piston is liable to come out like a projectile !

Hi there & welcome I've done a quick search & I'm struggling to find any ' unhelpful ' replies unless my search has missed them. Here's an example thread, all good advice I thought. https://www.themotorbikeforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=67028&p=1039195&hilit=tune+125#p1039195
9. Is that a permanent restriction on the mountain road ??
10. A blanket 40mph seems a bit OTT
11. Two NOTDs today, a low flying pigeon that I had to duck for ( see what I did there ) & a complete bellend with a trailer who didn't yield to the car in front of us so as he clipped the verge his empty trailer bounced into our side of the lane ! All on video. Meanwhile, a mate of mine had a real close shave to the point of if he'd been three seconds further along this wankspangle who did a shit overtake on the brow of a blind crest then lost control & barrelled towards them would have taken them out.
12. Hi @Tankbag where was that taken ? I quite fancy doing something similar. Cheers Ian It's here Bradley Scott Windows in Tamworth B77 1EJ https://goo.gl/maps/yS65m9aAsgpGZ6UH8 https://goo.gl/maps/yS65m9aAsgpGZ6UH8

16. That’s the same as the exit to our village - Every. Single. Day. Not one driver coming back in ever seems to realise how to turn right. When I’m in the car I just move across to the white line and pop the handbrake on so they have to negotiate their way passed me. Pinheads. Shit like this has been going on for years. No one gets taught to cut junctions like that. It's just the lazy incompetent morons that love to practice it. Only way to stop that is to install a small island there right up to the give way lines. Looks like the junction is wide enough to accomodate one. Yes that's a good point Get on to your Council Mississippi Bullfrog if you hadn't anticipated it the car would have taken you out. That junction needs a bollard. I've had eejits try to cut the corner & frown at ME because I've obviously inconvenienced them by being in the way.
17. They might fix it for me You could claim for a new one when they send it back broke. I've fixed it I'm not sure how, it was either a faulty sd card or the firmware update kicked it back to life. Plus now it'll do 60fps. I'm going to strap it to the faster dog today
18. Luggage on this bike winds up some of the purists but it's a do all bike, here's proof
19. Stu what about my online viagra business ?
20. How much was the insurance quote for a Daytona? Consider a GPZ500S its half a ninja engine & pretty rapid past 7000 rpm & only insurance group 8.
21. Update, upgrade on the brake calipers to Nissin 6 pots, the difference is like night & day. I paid extra for the 6 pots but if you source the 4 pot Nissins with 90mm bolt spacing they are a straight swap out. Another problem was the fuel pump on gen1s pre 2003 where it was mounted behind the engine & prone to vapour lock. Which did bite me in the arse on a trip & failed in Antwerp with the dreaded F1 error light. Fixed roadside with a larger fuse & now brand new pump & filter fitted. Rear sub frame pre 2003 was alloy & prone to failure, swapped out for a steel sub frame to handle topbox & panniers. Future upgrades will be quick shifter & switchback daytime running lights. Due to lockdown the old girl had been stood on her ABBA stand since december, fired up 1st pull & after a settling in period still takes my breath away when unleashed.
22. They might fix it for me You could claim for a new one when they send it back broke. Nah I couldn't do that its contrary to star trek federation engagement rules
