find a friendly local traffic officer he will soon put you right
Never around when you want one...

Love it! Now a biker wedding followed by a ride-out would be great fun ...
wonder if i can talk the missus into that for a vows renewal!!
-
Though surely you should have a pink card as you have a full bike license?
-
That is correct for a provisional license as it is telling you what you are provisionally allowed to do, not what you are licensed for.
That's my understanding anyway

fantastic!!!!! cheers susieque

I got a cig lighter adapter thing from eBay for a few quid, will ne charging phone while riding.
Other option is a 100 metre extension lead from pub!

Quiet night at work so I decided to do my bikes valve clearances, took off the seat, air box, fuel tank, cylinder covers and all the inspection covers, went to take the cover off the generator to find I didnt have an allen key large enough to do it
started putting it all back together and I overtightened and snapped one of the valve covers
only thing that has kept me sane is that at first I thought I'd broke the cylinder casing
F**CK IT!!!!!!!

local diy shop yes, B&Q no

that's great to hear!!!! rode it back from work with no problems, feel a lot better knowing it isn't a stressed part, cheers

Silly idiotic twonk that I am I cracked the inspection cover after doing a valve clearance, new one ordered and on way soon hopefully.
Can I get away with riding it for now? I have put the old cover on and bodged about half a tube of sealant in and around it, fired it up and no leaks so far.
Should I just wait for the part to come or chance it?
Cheers
