  1. A couple of tags from the last week: White Horse - Redbourn Lane, Hatching Green, Harpenden - AL5 2JP http://i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z321/CGD217/TMBF%20Challenge%20100%202016/20160420_095513-1.jpg Three Tuns - Belswains Lane, Hemel Hempstead - HP3 9XB http://i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z321/CGD217/TMBF%20Challenge%20100%202016/20160423_134230.jpg Berkhampsted Castle - Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire. - HP4 1LJ http://i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z321/CGD217/TMBF%20Challenge%20100%202016/20160423_140508.jpg http://i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z321/CGD217/TMBF%20Challenge%20100%202016/20160423_140230.jpg George & Dragon - 87 High St, Berkhamsted. - HP4 3QL http://i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z321/CGD217/TMBF%20Challenge%20100%202016/20160423_141410.jpg Barley Mow - Clifton Hampden, Abingdon, Oxfordshire. - OX14 3EH http://i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z321/CGD217/TMBF%20Challenge%20100%202016/20160423_152434.jpg
  2. No problem with J&S from St Albans. Always been spot on.
  3. Interesting. I have a Shoei NXR and due to the shape of the helmet by Scala Q2 no longer fits, so i've been looking at alternative units. This one is now on the list, let us know how you get on after some time. What's the sound quality like? How loud is it at 70mph?
  4. I have got the TCX Sport Gortex boots and they are bang on. Only bad thing Is the squeaking which I cannot get rid of. I had another pair of TCX before but the zip gave up after 2 years. I tried the alpinestar and the RST boots buy neither felt as comfortable for me.
  5. Great to see the Suzuki up there this year, Absolutely gutted for Vinales after he crashed out on the wet patch at turn 1. So many people went down there. Iannone will be in some deep shit for that, it was completely unnecessary. I saw Hodgy interview the Ducati team boss and he was far from happy. Great race though by Marquez, although the bike was moving and sliding he didn't seem to put a foot wrong once he'd got into the lead, and although i'm not a massive fan of him, I feel he deserved the win. As for Cal, he spends more time on the deck than his bike at the moment.. Does anyone know what was actually up with Scott Reddings bike? He was having a great race..
  6. You know that! The last Moto 2 race was a bit of a farce!
  7. Iannone to Suzuki will be very interesting as will Lorenzo to Ducati. It will be interesting to see if Lorenzo is still able to get into a rhythm with the Ducati, as so far they are known for they're outright speed but both Dovi and a Iannone seem to be struggling corner wise. Just look at Dovi v Marquez last week. As for the race today, I rate Smith quite highly and although he has had a shit qualifying I don't reckon he will do anything stupid in the race. Crutchlow is almost a given to go off if it's raining. I reckon prob about lap 9. I suspect there will be a few fallers at turn 1 again. I reckon Marquez will win, regardless of a wet or dry track. Rossi will appear on the podium be it 2nd or 3rd. It should be an interesting race. Fingers crossed for Sam Lowes today. Hopefully he can make it round with out coming off, and if he could bring home the win that would be great.
  8. Just seen the below pop up on FB. Michelin have withdrawn all tyre options for the rear and are offering a new medium compound. http://www.motorcyclenews.com/sport/motogp/argentina-motogp-2016/michelin-withdraw-all-rear-tyre-options-for-race/
  9. Wow, it will be interesting then to hear the official report. Looks like Redding came off quite well then: Thumbs up for modern safety equiptment
  10. Saw a couple of replays a Of Lorenzo and Marquez going down at turn one. What happened to Redding's rear tyre? Saw a headline about an issue but haven't looked into it. Good to see Sam Lowes qualify on pole. Cracking final lap from him.
  11. Got some time before work to run out and collect two tags. Waggon and Horses, Barton-Le-Clay. MK45 4LP http://i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z321/CGD217/TMBF%20Challenge%20100%202016/20160331_103015.jpg Royal Oak, Barton-Le-Clay,MK45 4JX http://i1184.photobucket.com/albums/z321/CGD217/TMBF%20Challenge%20100%202016/20160331_102700.jpg
  12. Personally think they ruin the look of the bikes and I don't like them one bit. Obviously they have a use or they wouldn't be there, although Vale has said he hasn't noticed a difference. I hope Dorna ban the wings ASAP, similar to the move they've taken to Moto 2 and 3.
  13. My sister had one on for 3 weeks recently. She hated it, understandably. Hope everything is ok buddy !
  14. You evil man, I love this idea! Keeping that one in the locker!!
  15. Sorry to hear it buddy. Just try and keep your head up.
  16. If you're looking for a premier inn, there is Hemel Hempstead as you said. Or look towards Dunstable. The premier inn is just off the M1 and has a lovely Harvester & bar attached. It's also called Flamstead.
  17. Just had a quick Google and there are so many people with parking brake problems for the XC90. Wow. I did find this LINK- not sure if it will be of any use? For a Volvo tech to just fiddle with it then tick the box does not surprise me. My brother works in the motor trade and I've heard plenty of dodgy dealings he has seen. Mad. And to think some of us trust these people to make sure our car is in a roadworthy state.
  18. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5. 2 Years old now and my contract is almost up. First 9-12 months were great. The phone was quick and held battery well. WIth Androids updates since it's been ruined. Extremely slow and the battery disappears quickly. A very easy to use phone, just suffers with processing power.
  19. I've been planning to watch this live but never made it home in time, so will catch it on catch up tomorrow. Glad to see positive reviews so far. I find Guy is very entertaining to watch and he is so passionate about everything that he does.
  20. Nice bike bud. Enjoy!
  21. Is the chain lubed ? With it not being run for a while it could just need a little bit of tlc on the chain. Also make sure it's not too tight as that can cause issues. I had a YBR 125. Great little bike.
  22. I've had Xbox's for years now. Currently have the Xbox one but i feel the PS4 is the better console.
  23. Sure was another good performance from Lorenzo. Once he gets into a rhythm he disappears at the road. His rear tyre looked fairly good after the race too. Shame about Cal, but it's good to see Bradders and Scott Redding finish and getting in the points.
  24. Currently using the WD40 Chain lube too, very very messy. During summer I use Wurth Dry Chain lube which has been excellent. It basically a wax and doesn't fling at all. Added bonus is that is smells nice too. Not sure on the WD40 Chain Wax, but i'd imagine it will be the same. My dealer advised me not to use the wax in winter as it collects all the crud from the road.
  25. Recently got some PR4's on my XJ6 - been out this weekend and they seem very good so far - In comparison to the Angel GT's they replaced.
