  1. Interesting, my rear has squared off a bit over winter. The Pirelli Angel GT's are too confidence inspiring, so i may have to look into some PR3/4's on my XJ6 if they are decent.
  2. Hi Mate, Re; the noise. It could be either, check the chain tension and lubrication. Also check wheel alignment if poss. I had some chain noise a while ago, out of the blue and i couldn't figure it out. Checked it with the bike shop and they couldn't fin anything wrong. Eventually it just stopped. It could also be that the pads are binding, go for a short ride and see how hot the discs get, if it's hot and you haven't done much raining then it's likely they are binding.
  3. I noticed when I graduated to a 600 From a 125 the number of nods increase. I don't normally nod on the motorway as I'm too busy watching the idiots on my side of the barrier! If I do see a bike on the other side though I will nod back.
  4. I use Google at the moment. Pretty decent tbh but I do have unlimited data on my phone contract. I have downloaded the Co pilot trial. All seems good just yet to use it.
  5. Well done bud. Congratulations and enjoy the shipping !
  6. That's the bike my local school are using so I'll be riding that too. Nice bike? I have an XJ6. Brilliant bike, enjoy it.

    ?

Agreed! Not too much a fan of chase these days.
  8. Hi Bud, Just had a quick google of your bike and it looks like you would need a rack for the topbox.
  9. Perhaps email x-Lite/Nolan and see what they say?
  10. It's four star on the sharp website but it doesn't lost it ad ACU gold either
  11. Tyre Pressures Keep an eye on Oil and Water. Clean and Lubricate the chain.
  12. As everyone else here has said go for the size that is more comfortable. You never know when you might want to stick an extra layer underneath if you will ride through winter, also room to move can only be a good thing.
  13. Hope you are ok bud. Not having too much luck with that Beemer .

  15. Definately take it back and get them to give you what you deserve. In fairness parrot kits are really good but they do stand out. Stick to your guns with this one.
  16. Very interested in this, i'm looking to see if I can go summer time.

    Filtering

Perhaps it's different down here then but I had no issues on test. Tbh there wasn't really much traffic just the occasional red light.

    Filtering

My instructor told me not to bother when on my MOD2 test. He said make progress where possible, so if one lane is moving faster than the other, move to it, but that was all. Filtering isn't necessary to show progress.
  19. i was thinking hangers, can't imagine what else they'd be for
  20. Wow. I'm thinking of doing something similar this year, around summer time. Have you got any details of the route you took? Any must see things?
  21. It's looks pretty sweet pal.
  22. I find RST gear excellent. Myself and my other half have a several pieces of gear from them and cannot fault them. I have a blade leather jacket which is great. I've been looking at the blade textile jeans and they look quite good but never got round to purchasing them. Sportsbikeshop is a great place for reviews and fantastic customer service they are pretty well priced too.
  23. I've never had an issue. Always been excellent and they are the first people I turn to if I want something new !
