Realy starting to look forward to this :D

Will probally be riding pillion with my bf as he said he wouldn't mind coming, that also.suits me as we can come on his 600 rather than me riding 170+ miles there on the 125..

But if he changes his mind like he.probally will ill be coming on the 125

Least you'll have the BF for protection eh!

Right well that's that. Could you please take my name off the list. Mother's not allowing me to go without the father, the idiot hasn't booked a room, and now there's none available. :x

No offence intended but it seems you are treated like a toddler, do they not trust you or something?

No offence taken. They're over cautious, hardly let me go out anywhere. It's a damn miricale that i've been allowed a bike. :/

just go bullet , bring a tent, just say that you are going for a run for a few hours lol

Wouldn't work as i'm not let out the house unless she's run ahead to make sure i'm going where i've said i'm going. Not to mention the fact that she reguraly visits my friends parents :?

Ant's still going for the day and i'm pretty sure a few others who were offended are attending. I may take you up on the ride down there sparky. Assuming i've got my full license. :) Thankyou! :)

You're only 16 aren't you bullet? I can sorta see why they wouldn't want you going away for the weekend with a bunch of strangers tbh and if you still live with them I wouldn't piss them off to much.

Thankyou Kersh, but aren't you due a nappy change?

Correct Decor, and i'm planning on living here for as long as possible, as I don't see uni a option, (not just because of fees) so i'll be looking for a job, but to maximise my income i'll stay put, so I don't have as bigger living expenses. However this means I sadly can't follow through with your plan kersh... 'Tell them to p*ssoff...'

I'll see about comming down for a day... (if you lot will allow that) Could even rope in a friend to sit pillion so the father doesn't have to come, and this way, mother would feel better about me having company. :)

Thought as much, you don't want to piss 'em off if you still want to live with them for any period of time.

That said, if I had kids and they wanted to go off on their own, bikers are about the only people in the world I'd trust them with.

Just been watching emergency bikers, there was a woman who was killed who was very big in the biking community in her area, such that at her funeral, the police bikers voluntarily provided an escort to the 150+ bikes who turned up the the funeral.

Just shows how close the biking community is and how much we look out for each other. Never known anything like it.

Hiya :) I have started driving 2months ago. But whatever i will not tell my story here :) Im just wondering if that rideout includes motorways, as im a learner, and im not sure if i will manage to get the license until July ! Im just looking for a proper rideout as i havn't got any friend who ride a bike and i would love to go out for a proper journey :) It is better if u have a company rather then driving alone i think :) Well if I won't be there, wish u to have a good time !! :)

well getting to the rally you can go your own way to avoid motorways

and for the rideout i dont think there will be any motorways involved not around matlock as the roads are ace 8-)

I think it's just a turn up on the day, the list is just for rough numbers so the pub know, although if you want a meal you'll have to book with the pub I think, dunno what the cut off for that is
