His girlfriend was on the back. Unfortunately, Laurence did not survive, but his girlfriend did. This is the feature in the Argus: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-sussex-16984152 His girlfriend, as well as all Laurences friends, are trying to get signatures for an online petition to put blind spot mirrors on buses and HGVs. Laurence was an avid supporter of MCN. I am hoping that as many people as possible can sign this petition.
