Glorian
Currently in our office of 6 (boss + supervisor + 4 monkeys (me included) all 3 other workers are/will be on holiday as of tomorrow and friday. I have the friday booked off and have since the holiday forms were released. Should i tell him or just wait for him to realise friday.. Problem is if i tell him he'll try convince me to come in (and i'm going to be hanging big time) and if i don't he'll likely be pissed but he's just not checked his holiday calender.DILEMA!! >.>

Adam
If it's been booked for a long time and they miss it that's their problem they're both paid to do Rotas etc so if they f**k up it's their problem, you done your part by booking it off well in advance. Phil
Whoever booked their holiday last is in for a shock if the supervisor or managers find out tomorrow. Difficult one, by rights if they have agreed to them taking the holiday in the first instance, and don't give them reasonable notice about cancelling it (Notice equal to the holiday you want to take) then there's not much they can do. That is unless there's another agreement already set up. It's their fault, you're not to know what holiday everyone else has booked.
