fq-craigus Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 Only when they have parked their over the top chelsea tractor on the yellow zig zags Quote
Whitey1984 Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 I live just round the corner from a primary school, i get loads of the kids admiring the bike when there on route to school, lots of them park down our road as its easier than parking out the front of the school. Always nice to get a friendly wave from a few kids and there mums, although some of them look at you like your the devil for riding a motorbike. But hey ho some nice looking mums out there too which always brightens my day before i head off to work. Quote
Fozzie Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 Just go home already You picked the wrong group to hide in the bushes to "observe" They can chat about how their child had something stolen from them, and the geo-scientific-political ramifications of this for hours! Quote
KTM21 Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 I don't live next to a school but I hate the 'soccer moms' in their bmw x5's... Quote
Mr Fro Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 Oddly enough, now I live out in the sticks, the only 4x4s I see out here are smeared with mud and driven by agricultural types as they should be. I haven't seen a white Evoke within 5 miles. Quote
XmisterIS Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 We live round the corner from a primary school, the Soccer Mums are the scourge of the area! There's a cul-de-sac right by the school; they double-park at the top of it, therefore nobody can get in or out. I know someone who lives there and he says they get very uppity and rude if you politely ask them to move (because they're completely blocking access to about 30 houses). Quote

Don't even get bmwdave started on a similar issue with a private road.... Quote
Takanta Posted July 4, 2015 Posted July 4, 2015 hate them with a passion. Blocking up junctions because their kids are too lazy to walk the 5-10 mins it would take to walk home. Quote
runningman Posted July 4, 2015 Posted July 4, 2015 It's not the kids that are lazy..... It's the fecking parents! Quote
thebendyfox Posted July 6, 2015 Posted July 6, 2015 Started winding the Mrs up with the whole "Chelsea tractor" routine....we've just bought a Ford Kuga In our defence, anything more than a light frost up here and a 4x4 becomes urgent. Quote
Phooey Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 I enjoy oggling all the mums at our school. Would be easier if I had kids at the school though. Only kidding ... I do have kids at the school but I still enjoy the view Quote
