Hello :)

Problem after problem here.

I Just had a look at the carb on my rs 125 and was going to try and adjust the mixture screw to solve my stalling probs.

I tryed adjusting it but the the screw is corroded and i can't get it moving at all.

If i keep trying i will just end up rounding the screrw off, has anyone got any hints or tips on how to try and get it moving please?

I've tryed spraying a bit of wd40 on the screw but nothing :(

Looks like i might have to buy a new one at this rate so any tips whatsoever will be great.

Thanks.

you have to give WD40 time to work

if the screw is buggered get a new screw and unscrew the bad one with mole grips

Well me dad's been using a screw driver and hammer on it to try n get it moving but seriously it's not coming out of that dang hole.

What a serious pain in the ass this bag of spuds bikes turning out to be :(

I feel like tossing the sack of shit in a river.

I can't get the screw that's already in it stu to move mate.

It won't budge at all.

I'll have to try and make a new slot in the screw now as It's vertually rounded off.

I'll get to it tommorrow hopefully theres still a bit of play in it so i can get some grip to turn the screw.

Here's hopeing anyway :S

soak in wd40 overnight, grip outside and turn, if still no good shock it(hammer and chisel) if all else fails drill hole down middle of screw force something into hole and turn that, you can buy tools called easy outs which are made for just this purpose  good luck
