A Range rover had broken down right in the middle of the parade . Despite many offers by various groups of bikers to push it onto the wide pavement next to the river the police said that they couldn't allow it because it was a health and safety issue ! As a result there was stationary traffic for miles in all directions including right back as far as Derby.
